Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and any violation will result in a £1000 fine to cover deep cleaning and damage. Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee; if unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights. Online check-in is required, and the lead guest must complete a secure check-in form, agree to terms and conditions, and provide valid UK photo ID or passport. Early check-in is available for £20 per hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 AM) is £20 per hour.
