The bedroom-living area offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, a sofa in front of the TV with a DVD player, and a dining area. Adjacent to the bedroom is a shower room complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Freshly laundered towels, hotel-style toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Step outside to the inviting outdoor area, where you'll find a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee in the sunshine, and a BBQ for warm summer evenings.
A small dog is allowed for an additional cleaning fee of £20 per pet. Guests are welcome to use the EV charger for a small calculated charge through the app.
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or late check-out. Guests are required to pass a verification process facilitated by Truvi, which involves a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40. Smoking is not allowed. Please keep the main gates closed and pick up after your dog from the garden if they bring a pet.
