There are three outbuildings currently used for storage, with plans for renovation into additional living space next summer. Brit is vegetarian and a non-drinker, and while she would prefer vegetarian housemates, it's not essential. She is open to pets, provided the setup is suitable due to her sensitivity to smells. The property is conveniently located near Cramlington Hospital, a train station with direct links to the city centre, and Seaton Sluice beach. Brit finds Seaton Delaval to be a safe and friendly area. She works seasonally and travels frequently, and is happy to share her surfboards, skateboards, and snowboards.
