The property benefits from two free private parking spaces and additional free on-street parking. A £95 pet fee applies per stay, and a maximum of 1 dog is allowed unless prior permission has been granted. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+VAT per half hour, unless agreed upon in advance. There is a £200+VAT fee for not returning keys to the key safe.

The property includes an iron and an ironing board for guests to use.

Noise may be present due to nearby roads and the property's proximity to local attractions. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors; please smoke on the street or patio area. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. There are two or three stairs into the property and out the patio doors, with additional stairs to the upper level, which may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.

Broadbridge Heath is a popular Sussex village on the edge of Horsham. The property offers a balance between peaceful countryside living and easy access to local attractions. Horsham town centre, known for its vibrant cafés, boutique shopping, and restaurants, is just a short drive away. Nearby attractions include Horsham Park, Warnham Local Nature Reserve, and the South Downs National Park. Excellent transport links make it easy to explore Brighton, the Sussex coastline, and Gatwick Airport.
