A sofa bed in the living area provides flexible sleeping arrangements for one adult or up to two children. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, glasses, and crockery for 5 guests. A cafetiere is provided.

On-street parking is available on Holland Road or in Zone O, costing approximately £8.90 for 11 hours and is free overnight. A travel cot is available on request for an additional £15, and a high chair is available for £10. Both require payment at the time of booking, at least 24 hours before check-in. The travel cot includes a mattress, but guests should bring their own cot bedding.

The private courtyard is a lovely space for reading or working, and the property offers a comfortable setting for remote work.

Check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Early check-in or late check-out without prior permission may result in a £30 charge. This is a dog-friendly home. Smoking is not allowed. Guests are required to complete verification via Truvi, which involves providing a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 to cover potential damages.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Just a short walk from the seafront, this property is a cosy base for couples, families, or friends. Local shops, cafés, and restaurants are nearby. As you approach the apartment, you can smell the sea air and catch a glimpse of the sea. A few steps lead down to the secluded, sheltered entrance.
