A conservatory overlooks the garden with a corner sofa and hanging egg chair. The Lodge's living room offers three sofas, a swing chair, a fireplace, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with a full Sky package. Dining options include a table seating up to 10 near a log-burning fire, a breakfast island bar for 6, a separate formal dining room for 8 in the Farmhouse, and a 4-person dining table in the Lodge. A family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower is upstairs, with two toilets and a shower on the ground floor. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, bedside lamps, and a dressing table, and a second bedroom with a twin bed and chest of drawers. The Lodge bathroom has a bathtub with an over-bath shower. Both properties are equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.
Travel cots and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee. Free parking is provided for 9 cars.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Pets are allowed with a maximum of 1 pet. Smoking and events are not allowed. Guests are asked to dispose of rubbish appropriately and keep the property clean and tidy. Washing up and stripping beds at check-out is appreciated but not expected. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
