A complimentary deep clean of the room and fresh bedding is provided every 2 weeks. The rent is £850 with a £850 deposit. The ground floor compact double room is also furnished and includes a SMART TV with Netflix/YouTube, blackout curtains & blinds, and a cool air fan. Rent is normally £775 pcm, with a £775 deposit, but can be reduced to £675 pcm (£675 deposit) or £575 pcm (£575 deposit) for the right person who can help with household chores for approximately 2 hours per week. Both rooms come with off-road parking, all bedding, and bath & hand towels. The house is located in a peaceful area with a low crime rate, close to village pubs and a shop. It is also conveniently located near major motorways for business and travel. Please note: couples, females, pets, smokers/vapers, and overnight guests are not accommodated. Non-British born workers without the right to work in the UK are also not accepted. Rolling shift pattern workers are not suitable, but permanent nights are considered. Hybrid or full-time WFH is not suitable if more than 2 days per week.
