Flat to rent Main Street, Kilbirnie

Description

Welcome to Czech Real. We are completely different from every letting agency you have come across. The key difference is we own every single property on our books. This means we can set our own terms and we think you will like them. NO DEPOSIT NEEDED We understand how hard it is to come up with a lump sum deposit. So we simply don't ask for one. No deposit required....ever. NO REFERENCES NEEDED Just started a new job? Started a new business? Never rented before? No worries! Everyone has to start somewhere. If you are embarking on a new life then we are happy to join you on this journey. So no references required. SMOKERS WELCOME We don't believe in the nanny state. If you want to smoke have a smoke! It's your property after all and what you do within the four walls is up to you....as long as it's legal! PETS WELCOME We are a pet loving company. We believe every pet deserves a home including yours! So tell Felix the cat, Roger the rabbit or Daisy the dog you've potentially found a new home. EASY IN EASY OUT It's easy in for all of the reasons above. But it's also easy out. If you want to leave the property before the end date of the tenancy just drop us an email and let us know when you want to leave. No penalty. No exit fees. No nadda! DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE If you can pay 6 or even 12 months rent in advance ask us for a discount. We have very generous discount options available so just ask. Also if you have seen our property listed for a while then give us a call as we may be able to discount the rent from day one. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU All we need is proper ID and minimum 4 weeks rent in advance. That's it. NEXT STEPS If you like this property and like how we operate then call or text us to arrange a viewing.
