I've been welcoming lodgers into my home for over 17 years, with more than 15 people having lived here during that time, all without any issues. I've always found that a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and a bit of mutual respect make for a great house share.
The house is well established as a shared home, with a practical layout that works well for lodgers. It's a comfortable, easy-going place, ideal for someone who works full-time and wants somewhere quiet and convenient to come home to.
Knutsford town centre is just a short walk away, giving easy access to its shops, pubs, restaurants and transport links. Off-road parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and any additional furniture needed to make the room comfortable can be provided.
I'm fairly laid-back and believe everyone should feel at home, have their own space and be able to get on with their day-to-day lives without unnecessary hassle. I'm looking for someone considerate, independent and easy to get along with who appreciates a tidy, relaxed household.
