There is a driveway for two cars, a secure garage, and a lawned garden at the back with a patio, table and chairs, and outside lighting. Bus stops and shops are a five-minute walk away. Suitable for contract workers or those between house purchases, on a short-term basis only; not suitable as a primary residence. Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside. A deposit of £220 applies. Short lets are also considered for contractors on a week-to-week basis.
