Description
Looking for 2-3 female housemates over 40 to share a characterful house in Leeds, with an ideal move-in around late September or early October. As the live-in landlord, I aim to foster a sociable and community-oriented household, where we can enjoy exploring local bars, dining out, having game nights, or binge-watching shows together. The shared home will have 3 rooms, and while I am the only current housemate, I seek others interested in building a friendly environment. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and references are required. This is not suitable for students. The initial term is six months, with a £700 deposit required for each room. All bills are included.
