This is a furnished, small double bedroom with a single bed, suitable for students or short-term lodgers. The room is located in an eclectic family home and is equipped with 3 plugs, a single wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and TV. It has a large window facing the garden. Heating is provided by radiators and is on from the beginning of winter to spring. The bathroom features a bath, shower, and sink, with a separate toilet and sink nearby. Downstairs, there is a large shared lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The house also benefits from a private rear garden. Washing machine and dryer are available, with clothes line drying in the garden during summer months. Wifi, electricity, gas, water, and council tax (band B) are included if the stay is over 3 months. Off-road parking is available. This room is also available for Monday to Friday lodgers. No pets are allowed.

House rules include shared cleaning of the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen, with personal responsibility for cleaning your room. Be mindful of noise, especially during weekdays. Any damage to the room or property will be charged. Lights should be turned off when not in use, and cooking is only permitted in the kitchen. Trash must be emptied regularly, and no pets or additional guests are allowed without prior agreement. Working from home is not permitted.

Bathroom rules emphasize using the fan when showering, keeping the shower curtain extended, avoiding flooding, and using provided toiletries. A hair catcher must be used in the bath and cleaned. The toilet requires flushing after use, spraying air freshener, replacing toilet roll holders, and keeping the area clean. The toilet seat/lid should be kept down after use, and sanitary products should be wrapped and placed in the bin.

Living room rules state that the TV can be used but must be turned off when finished, and any mess should be tidied. In the kitchen, all items must be washed after use, and appliances switched off. Food and drinks that are not your own should not be consumed.

During winter months, heating is turned on at 5:30 PM. It is recommended to wear warm clothing during the day if staying in.
