Room to rent Selby Road, Leeds

Description

All bills included. This large 6x5m bedroom has new carpets, a double bed for single occupancy, drawers, a walk-in wardrobe, wifi, a sofa and a TV point. A gas combi boiler heats the whole house with smart TRVs.

The communal spaces have a TV, fibre broadband wifi, a washing machine, an open log fire in the lounge, gas central heating, emergency lighting and interlinked smoke and heat alarms. There is private parking with CCTV, and a new front door with keyless entry and a video doorbell.

The house is 7 miles from Leeds city centre, with the number 19 bus stopping right outside. It is a 10 minute walk to Garforth train station, serving Manchester, York, Newcastle and Leeds. Local shops and retail parks are in Garforth and Colton Springs.

There is a large green garden for BBQs or relaxing, with greenbelt field views beyond the boundary hedge. The house is non-smoking. A contemporary bathroom has an L-shaped bath and an overhead thermostatic shower, shared with the other first floor tenant.

Working people are preferred. EE full home fibre broadband wifi is provided, and there is plenty of space in the bedroom for a computer desk. The current household is a couple, their 11 year old son and a professional driver. Join them for dinner or TV, or keep to yourself, whatever works for you. The landlord is an events photographer and property manager, his wife is a senior fashion illustrator and their son is a pupil at Leeds Grammar School. They would like a quiet, sensible, female tenant.
