Description

A room is available from 27th October 2026 in a 2-bedroom self-contained studio on the top floor for £540, including all bills and wifi. You will share a large shower room and a living/dining kitchenette area on the top floor with a professional male aged 45. Access to the main laundry with a washing machine and a sunny rear garden is also provided. The rent includes all bills, council tax, virgin wifi, and TV licence. The minimum term is 2 months.
