This flat is available from October 1st for a 6-9 month stay. As the current resident, I am seeking a flatmate to share this 2-room flat. You will have sole use of the main bathroom, as I have my own en suite. The flat includes access to a cooker, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. A washing machine is available at no extra cost, while communal tumble driers are available for a small fee. Towels and linen can be provided, though you are responsible for your own laundry. The flat offers views of the Town Hall. Rent is £575 for a 5-day weekday stay, or negotiable for full-time. A £100 cleaning fee applies upon vacating. I am looking for a non-smoking flatmate aged 23-70. No pets or couples, please. Bills are included.
