The current household includes Matthew, who runs a catering business, and Sam, a musician and theatre technician. The room is suitable for couples at £170 per week. The environment may have some noise and mess, as a workshop is being planned in the garden. However, both housemates enjoy sociable cooking and often host dinners. Housemates should tidy up after themselves and adapt to the lively setting. Smoking and pets are acceptable, and there's no deposit required.
