Description
I am moving out in mid-December and am looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious six-bedroom house in Leeds. The room is on the top floor, and all bedrooms are particularly spacious with plenty of cupboard and storage space.
The house currently has four tenants, including me, so two additional rooms are available to use as extra space, ideal for working from home, studying or simply having more room to yourself. The house has a garden and a parking space in front, and it is a 15-minute walk from the city centre.
Shared spaces include a kitchen, a separate dining room, a living room with a TV, two shower areas and two additional rooms that can be used for work or study. Once I move out, you will live with three other tenants, all working professionals.
All bills are included except council tax, which is Band C and would need to be paid separately. Please send me a message if you are interested or would like to arrange a viewing before the room becomes available in mid-December.
