Description
This is a lovely little house share in a very quiet street in Clarendon Park. The location is great, with Victoria Park a 5-minute walk away, a bus stop a 2-minute walk away, and cosy bars, shops, and cafes just around the corner. The house is tucked away down a side street, ensuring a quiet atmosphere at night despite the excellent location.
You will have a double room and access to a private bathroom. The other room has an en-suite. There is also a kitchen, a living room, and a middle room with a spare fridge and tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. A small patio is available out back, suitable for storing a bike or placing a small table and chairs.
The current flatmate has a cat, so you must be comfortable living with him. He works at the University and sometimes works from home. He is a friendly and lovely person, and you can choose to have dinner together or keep to yourselves. He enjoys reading and socialising with friends.
There is street parking, which is permit parking from 09:30-10:30 Monday to Friday, but otherwise free, and a space can always be found nearby.
All bills are split equally, in discussion with the current flatmate.
The place is unfurnished, but only bedroom furniture will be removed. There is an option to discuss purchasing any items you might wish to keep.
