The house is designed to encourage respectfulness among housemates, with a strict policy for cleaning up immediately after use in communal areas. The current housemates are professionals, considerate, and tidy, aged between 21-45, creating a nice, friendly vibe. We are looking for like-minded individuals, including professionals and mature students. Couples are not permitted. We are private landlords with nearly 25 years of experience in house shares, ensuring considerate and appropriate housemates are selected. We offer a high level of service with a weekly cleaner and a maintenance person to address any issues promptly, aiming to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible.
