Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony, accessible from the living area, which is furnished with a bistro table and chairs. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are provided.

Private on-site parking is available for one compact vehicle. For larger or second vehicles, pay-and-display car parks are conveniently located nearby.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This property is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations, and there is a strict policy against loud music or noise. Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. An unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge, with a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof for delays in key collection before 3:00 PM or returning keys later than the 10:00 AM check-out time. Lost fobs will be charged at £50 per fob. Groups of guests under 25 are not permitted. CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for guest safety and security. Please note that parcels cannot be delivered to the apartment's address, and the host cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Maintenance works may be carried out with 24 hours' notice, unless it's an emergency.
This property is suitable for children and infants. Stag and hen nights are not allowed.
