Tanya, a 25-year-old barista, and Elaina, a 31-year-old teacher, are seeking a new housemate for their cozy house share. They enjoy their busy lives but also appreciate some time spent together as a household. The ideal housemate is tidy, independent, laid back, and friendly. Currently, the home has two housemates and a total of three rooms. Both Tanya and Elaina are non-smokers, and no pets are allowed. Their interests include cooking, films, coffee, teaching, and Christianity. They prefer females aged between 24 and 34 and do not accommodate couples or students. The house will be available from 1st August 2026, with a deposit of £430 and all bills included.
