Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Early collection or late drop-off of keys may be arranged for a charge of £20 per hour. This is a non-smoking building; £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found within the flat. Guests must use the designated smoking area at the back of the building, and smoking in front of the building will incur a £100 charge. Stag, hen, or party groups are not allowed, and guests found in violation may be asked to leave with no refund. Reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with communal hallways being a shared area. A self-check-in service is accessed from the communal space. There are two flights of stairs up to the apartment.
