Double room in a house share close to Kensington high street, within two minutes' walk of shops, restaurants and a Lidl. Numerous buses run at the end of the road, reaching the city centre in 10-12 minutes and the universities in 5. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and study desk. Residents share a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with washing and drying machines, plenty of fridge and storage space. All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax and fast internet). Parking is possible on the street, and communal areas are cleaned regularly. Newsham Park is a five-minute walk away and a gym is nearby. The house is quiet and not a party house, so we are looking for a mature, respectful person who wants a calm, friendly household. Referencing and contract signing apply.
