The communal areas are cleaned fortnightly, but tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is shared with three other tenants, and there is also a downstairs toilet. The property is convenient for the city centre, Royal Hospital, Edge Lane, Alder Hey Hospital and Stanley Park, with a large ASDA a short walk away. A bus runs every 15 minutes from outside the house and takes about 25 minutes to the city centre. Working tenants are preferred. The usual one month's rent in advance and a deposit of £325 are required to take the room.
