This apartment sleeps up to 14 guests. The living room features a large Smart TV and a luxurious corner sofa bed accommodating up to two guests. The main floor includes two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a desk suitable for work or as a dressing table. The attic floor also has two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a double bed. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, oven, and washing machine, and includes a large bench-style dining table seating up to 10 guests. Bathroom 1 on the main floor has a separate shower, a standard-sized bath, toilet, and basin. Bathrooms 2 and 3 on the attic floor are both en-suite, each with a shower, toilet, and basin.
This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one dog, with advance notice required for preparations. A parking permit is supplied for guests during their stay and must be returned after use. A baby cot and high chair are available subject to availability upon enquiry.
The bedrooms on the main floor are equipped with desks that can be used for work or as dressing tables.
Please note that there are three flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Stag, Hen, or Party Groups are not allowed, and guests found in violation may be asked to leave with no refund. Early key collection before 15:00 or late key return after 10:00 may be arranged subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This is a non-smoking building; a £250 charge will apply if signs of smoking are found within the flat, with a designated smoking area at the back of the building. Guests found smoking in front of the building will be subject to a £100 charge. Reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. Missing the parking permit upon check-out can result in a £100 deposit charge.
