A baby cot and high chair are available subject to availability, please enquire. Access to the upper floors is by stairs only, as there is no lift. The property is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations, and loud music and noise are strictly prohibited. Stag, hen and party groups are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the building, and a designated smoking area is located at the back. Reservations with large groups under 25 years old will not be accepted, and guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Early key collection costs £20 per hour and late key return after 10:00 will be charged. Located centrally, the apartment is a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre, with restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues nearby.
