The rent is affordable thanks to a considerate landlord. Monthly bills, including gas, electricity, council tax, and internet, amount to approximately £130 extra. We are looking for an emotionally intelligent person who aligns with our values and lifestyle. Ideally, our new flatmate should be at least 27 years old, as we prefer a more mature, LGBT-friendly environment. No smoking or pets are allowed, and this home is not suitable for students. The room is available from August 1, 2026, with a minimum stay of 6 months.
