Description
A flatmate is moving out in August, and I'm looking for someone to take over his half of the tenancy indefinitely in a double room within a 2-bedroom apartment. My room has an en suite, which means you'll have exclusive access to the main bathroom that includes bath and shower facilities. I'm ideally searching for a housemate who enjoys a quiet lifestyle but is tolerant of weekend football games.
The apartment has two bedrooms and currently, there is one flatmate, aged 30, who does not smoke and has no pets. They are a professional with interests in music, traveling, sports, and food.
I'm open to having a flatmate aged between 25 and 35; however, no couples or students will be considered. The room will be available starting August 16, 2026, with a £500 deposit required, and bills are not included.
