Step into the enclosed courtyard to find a private hot tub, perfect for winding down. The dedicated dining room boasts a long group dining table, ideal for shared meals. The main kitchen is properly equipped for feeding a crowd with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cookware, and kitchen essentials. A second kitchenette is conveniently located on the third floor.
Free parking is available for one car directly in front of the house, with additional free street parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Pets are allowed for stays booked from May 8, 2024 onwards, with a maximum of 2 pets. Please do not leave pets unattended, keep them off furniture, and clean up after them, as additional cleaning fees may apply for undisclosed pets or extra cleaning/damages. Pets will only be accepted if notified in advance, otherwise, this will be unauthorized and subject to fees.
The house is set up for an easy stay with Wi-Fi.
This is a large Victorian townhouse arranged across the ground floor and three upper floors, with internal stairs connecting each level. There is no lift, so please consider this when booking for anyone with limited mobility. Lost or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee, with a minimum charge of £150. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out incur a charge of £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted. Guests can opt for a £500 refundable security deposit or a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. The bar is a dedicated social space for guests to enjoy but is not stocked with alcohol or drinks. Guests should remain considerate of neighbouring homes, particularly later in the evening.
Stay right in the heart of Llandudno, with Victorian streets, sweeping coastline, and the Great Orme all within easy walking distance. North Shore Beach is around a 7-minute walk, Llandudno Beach and seafront are about 10 minutes away, and West Shore Beach is roughly 16 minutes on foot. The town centre, with its independent shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants, is close by. The historic Great Orme Tramway is just over a 10-minute walk. Llandudno Railway Station is a 9-minute walk, and local bus stops are within a 3-4 minute walk.
