Guests can choose to purchase an optional Play Pass for access to a variety of on-site activities, including bike hire, a climbing wall, and more, for an additional fee. The on-site pool is available for use. Free parking is provided.

Smoking is allowed in this property. Events are allowed. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Late check-out or early check-in options are available for an additional fee of £20 per hour, subject to availability, with a maximum of 12 PM. Smoking is not permitted inside the premises; any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. A separate short-term rental agreement and a pre-arrival form must be signed prior to your stay. Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement. A travel cot is available upon request.
