Guests can purchase a Play Pass at an additional cost for on-site activities and entertainment, such as the pool, activities, and bike hire. Free parking is available. Wi-Fi is included.
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 10:00 AM. Late check-out or early check-in is available for an additional £15 per hour, subject to availability, with a maximum check-out time of 12:00 PM. Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, and any indication of smoking incurs a £300 fee for odour removal, duct and furniture cleaning. Towels should not be taken to the pool; any staining or damage costs £35 per towel. A travel cot is available on request only.
