Private driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles, with additional street parking also available. A travel cot or high chair is not provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own.

There is a dedicated office/study room that is light and airy with a study desk, offering a comfortable set-up for remote work. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ideal for work-from-home guests or streaming your favorite shows.

This property is for family stays and respectful guests only – no parties, events, or loud noise are permitted. The fireplace in the living room is purely decorative and not operational. Please do not use the sun canopy when it is windy. Please use placemats and coasters provided. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Extra guests are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down. No shoes are allowed inside. Candles are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of energy usage during your stay; switch off lights and turn down the heating when leaving the property. Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or late check-out. The gardener will require access to the garden and the area underneath the house. A neighbor will need access to the drive to take the outside bins out on bin day. Please ensure children are supervised at all times when playing in the garden, as there is a stream/brook that runs through it without a physical barrier or fencing. The stream is for natural wildlife and should not be used for anything other than looking at and relaxing beside. Bookings are subject to a verification process.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

This home is ideally located with fantastic attractions nearby. Windsor, with its castle, Legoland, and Windsor Great Park, is a short drive away. Bray is famed for its Michelin-star restaurants, and nearby towns like Henley and Marlow offer a great variety of well-regarded dining options. You can walk along footpaths to the scenic riverside village of Cookham, which has a good selection of pubs. Heathrow Airport is a 20-25 minute drive, and Central London is easily accessible via the Elizabeth Line from Maidenhead station, with direct services into the heart of the city. Maidenhead train station is a 6-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away.
