There are two large double bedrooms, one with a direct en-suite. The other bedroom has the main house bathroom next to it, which is shared and accessible. There is a very large open-plan kitchen and TV area, great for entertaining, cooking, and socialising. We are a very open, friendly house. Females are preferred, no couples. There is a large rear garden with a decking area. There will only be 2 people living in the house, so it is very spacious and relaxed. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean with new carpet. Bills are to be split around the house or can be added to the monthly payment. Council tax is to be paid if you want to be registered at the house. It is probably a maximum of 20 minutes from Maidenhead station and just over 10 minutes walk into the town centre. It is only 500m into the countryside or to the river. One month in advance deposit plus the first month on direct debit.
