The kitchen is equipped with an oven, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. A washing machine is available for two washes per week. The house features a large garden and patio. On-street parking is available. The property is within walking distance to Furze Platt and Maidenhead station, as well as numerous restaurants, a gym, and open spaces.

This is a house share with 2 current housemates (1 female, 1 male, aged 28-29) who are professionals and do not smoke or have pets. The current household enjoys walking, cinema, and outdoor activities.

New housemate preferences: No couples, no smokers, no pets. Available to all occupations, with references required. Minimum age 20, maximum age 40. Females are preferred.
