Description
Our flatmate has just moved out, so my current flatmate and I are looking for someone to take a double room in our flat on Upper Chorlton Road, available from 16th November.
The flat has good transport links: the 86 bus stop is right outside, and the Firswood tram stop is a 10-minute walk away. A Tesco and a GP surgery are a few minutes away, and Chorlton, with its cafes and pubs, is within a short walk.
You will share the flat with me, a PhD student at the University of Manchester from Monza in Italy, and with Robbie, a primary school teacher from Manchester who works early hours, so someone considerate of this would be ideal. We both play the guitar and are passionate about music, and we enjoy spending time together.
You will share the bathroom with me only. The living room and kitchen (with a washing machine) are furnished; your room is not, but we are happy to help with a furnishing shopping trip if needed. The flat has a shared garden. The property is council tax band C.
