We are looking for a new housemate to join our house share. The available space is a cosy double room. Our home features a garden with flowers and a fire pit, plus the rare benefit of free on-street parking. We are two social housemates who enjoy films, cycling, and pubs. Please note that I run a dog club, so dogs visit the house occasionally. Bills are approximately £100 per month, and the deposit is £633. We are looking for someone aged 18-50 for a minimum term of 6 months. Smoking is allowed, but we cannot accept couples or additional pets.
