The rent is £505 pcm plus approximately £110 for bills including water, WiFi, gas, and council tax. The house features a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and a backyard. The double bedroom is upstairs, carpeted, and includes a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The house is decorated and maintained to a high standard. We are very well located, a 10-minute walk from Burton Road metrolink stop and high street. Withington is a 7-minute walk away, offering plenty of amenities. There is a bus stop just outside our road, perfect for commuting into town. The road is a cul-de-sac, making it peaceful while still being close to West Didsbury and Withington. Car parking permits are available on our road for free through the Christie parking scheme. We are seeking someone who wants to be part of the house, as we enjoy spending time together and maintain a peaceful and chill atmosphere. We all have busy independent lives and hobbies, so we have our own space. We have a cleaning rota and like to keep a very tidy space. We would like someone looking for a long-term home with us.
