Reluctantly giving up a room on Oxford Road. Living with two sound professionals and friends, one a teacher and the other in marketing. Sociable flat who like to hang out, go to the pub, cook together or chill and do our own thing since we like a routine. Just a two minute walk from Oxford Road train station and a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly. Also close to lots of pubs, loads of shops (Sainsbury's/Asda 1 min away), cafes, gyms close by too! Room is furnished with a cupboard, sets of drawers and a desk. It also has an en-suite with a toilet and shower. Kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials. Lived here for 2 years now and I don't think I'll ever find somewhere as cheap and well located as this place. Shared living room/open plan kitchen and balcony. 1 shared bathroom with 1 other flatmate, other bedroom has an en-suite. Bills are usually around £170 per month. Rent is £500 a month. Ideally looking for professionals/ aged 23+ (Please note the deposit is around £580).
