The house is located in a gated development and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The third bedroom will be used as a spare room for guests and a home office by the resident couple. Tenants will have access to Netflix and Amazon Prime on the smart TV. The garden is of a good size and receives plenty of sunlight during the summer. The house backs onto a primary school, which may cause some noise during school break times, but evenings and weekends are very quiet. The available room faces away from the school. The resident couple are professionals, not party animals, but enjoy occasional drinks and socializing. They are easy-going, neat, and tidy. They have 3 indoor Maine Coon cats and are happy to consider applicants with one cat, but no dogs. They are looking for an easy-going LGBTQ+ male, professional or student, preferably a non-smoker (smoking only permitted in the garden). They prefer someone who is not a party-goer and will help keep common areas neat and tidy. They also prefer someone who likes cats and would rather not live with a couple as the room is not large enough for two people. Viewings are on an ad-hoc basis. The room is available now, and they are happy to wait for the right housemate. The minimum term is 6 months.
