As a member, you contribute time to house tasks like repairs, finances, and legal matters, alongside fortnightly meetings. In return, you gain autonomy over a beautiful, low-energy home with a sunny back garden, bike storage, and a workshop. The household shares communal vegan meals, with each member cooking once a week. The current group of five includes a musician, an artist, academics, and teachers. We are looking for a new housemate aged 27 or older who values open communication and is willing to learn. The house is relaxed and quiet. Bills are £75-£100 monthly. We require a minimum 12-month commitment. No deposit is needed.
