Our beautiful home is on the border of Whalley Range and Old Trafford, between Kings Road and Upper Chorlton Road. Two rooms are available: one very large double room from 12th November 2026 until 28th February 2027 (viewings between 25th October and 1st November 2026), and one very small, cheap single room from 1st November 2026 until 31st March 2027 (viewings immediately). A 15 minute walk brings you to Firswood and Trafford Bar tram stops, and it takes about 5 minutes to cycle or 20 minutes to walk to Unicorn Grocery/Morrisons in Chorlton. Outside there is space for a car on the driveway and plenty of on-street parking. To the rear is a little overgrown wild garden and a rather odd pond. Downstairs there is a decent sized kitchen, a lounge and shared desk space. Rent does not include bills. Fixed bills are around £70 per month per person (wifi, Council Tax Band C). Utilities (gas, electricity and water) range between £35 and £95 per month per person depending on the season. All bills are transparent, and any differences are settled every season or when you move out. House rules: no smoking, no meat or non-veg cooked or brought into the house including pre-cooked meat and take-away, a peaceful atmosphere respectful of noise (not a party house), and the house is kept clean and tidy.
