A double room is available in a large detached house. The house has street parking and a living room with a TV and Netflix. You will have plenty of fridge and cupboard space. There are two other housemates: Maribel, a Mexican PhD researcher, and Del, the live-in landlord who works on the railway. Social interaction is a must, and working from home is not permitted. The rental price includes all bills, and there is no deposit required.

This will be a place for housemates and hopefully you'll already have a profile written out so we can get to know you a little or at least you'll write a lot about yourself in the opening message. That bit is important as it shows you've read this message. Social interaction is a must and If you plan on only living in your room and avoiding those who you live with then sorry but this place won't be for you. Also no WFH unfortunately. If however you want to join a good vibe, chill out & have a place to look forward to coming home to, you know what to do.
