Free private parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway, and additional on-street parking is available with no permit required. Mid-stay cleaning, including a change of linen and towels, is available upon request for an additional charge. Pets are allowed for a fee of £100 per pet per stay.
This home is ideal for remote work, featuring an extension room with a sofa, desk, and chair workspace, plus an additional desk and chair in one of the bedrooms. Super-fast Wi-Fi is provided.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and a £1000 fine will be applied if smoking is detected. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee. Early check-in is available for £20 per hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out after 10 AM is £20 per hour. Online check-in is required, and guests must complete a secure check-in form, agree to T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport. The check-in process is via a lockbox, with the code sent approximately 2 PM on the day of arrival. Guests can enter the property any time after 3 PM on their arrival date.
Conveniently situated, this home is a 10-minute walk to East Didsbury station, offering a 10-minute journey to Manchester Piccadilly. It's a 16-minute drive to Central Manchester, a 2-minute drive to the M60 motorway, and a 10-minute drive to Manchester Airport. Old Trafford and the Trafford Centre are also within a 15-minute drive. A range of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and local parks are within easy reach.
