Paid parking is available off premises and a pet-friendly policy is in place with a fee of £20.00 per pet to cover additional cleaning requirements.

As this is a city centre apartment block, there is potential for noise from outside and other inhabitants. A noise decibel monitor is in place in the communal living space to monitor sound levels. An exterior security camera is located outside the front door for guest safety. Self check-in is available via smart lock for a smooth, flexible arrival. Smoking and events are not allowed. Depending on the number of guests, sofa bed set-up may incur additional charges. Guests must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 prior to check-in. Keys must be collected from a local shop approximately a 5-minute walk from the property.
