The ideal housemate is a professional gay man aged 35–45 who is clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going.
The home is about a 10-minute walk from Deansgate train and tram stops, close to city-centre shops, restaurants and bars, with excellent transport links. The house is a comfortable, peaceful and tidy home in a central location, and it would be great to socialise occasionally while respecting each other's privacy.
The current housemate is an Irish professional working in healthcare who has lived in Manchester for seven years. They enjoy nights out but are equally happy relaxing at home and watching TV.
