Located on the 7th floor, the flat includes a private roof terrace and a gym. The open-plan living room and kitchen have a small balcony, allowing plenty of natural light. It’s a quiet area just a 7-minute walk from Deansgate Castlefield tram stop and a 15/20-minute walk to the city center. Rent is £662.50 per month, with bills around £215. My current roommate moves out at the end of July, so I’m seeking someone to move in from the 1st of August. I prefer a friendly, social, and tidy female roommate, aged 25-40, who respects personal space.
