Guests have access to spa facilities including a swimming pool and gym. For access, keys must be collected from a nearby KeyNest, located a 2-minute walk from the property.

Noise should be kept to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please ensure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked whenever you leave the property. Do not share property access information, keys, or lockbox codes with anyone who is not included in your booking. Please dispose of household waste and recycling in the correct bins provided. Do not put food, cooking waste, or food scraps down the kitchen sink or any other drain. Please only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilets. Do not flush wet wipes, sanitary products, nappies, cotton buds, cotton wool, paper towels, tissues, dental floss, or food. If a toilet is draining slowly, making unusual noises, or appears to be blocked, please stop using it and contact us immediately. Please treat the property, furnishings, and equipment with care and respect. If something is accidentally damaged or you notice a maintenance issue during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. Please do not move, rearrange, or relocate furniture within the property. Furniture should remain in its original position throughout your stay. Any damage, additional cleaning, or repair costs resulting from furniture being moved may be charged to the guest. The Stay With Us team can be contacted via Airbnb, email, or phone daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UK time). Messages received outside these hours will be responded to as soon as possible the following morning.
