I am looking for a girly to take over the en-suite bedroom from 17/12 in Flat 7 Kingsgate House. I have lived here for 15 months and my flatmate is moving out due to financial commitments.

The flat is finished to a high spec and has a great people-watching view of King Street. The kitchen and living area are flooded with light during the day. The en-suite room is becoming available, and I have the separate bathroom. Rent is £800 each and bills no more than £200. Deposit is one month's rent.

The flat is furnished and equipped with everything, so it won't suit someone who has furniture or lots of belongings. Please note I am allergic to cats, so no pet owners.

I'd love to find a friend as well as a flatmate, and would be nice to eat together now and again, but I also appreciate my alone time. I am very clean, tidy and house-proud, and like my space clutter-free and smelling nice at all times. If this sounds like you, please get in touch and come over for a coffee (or wine) to view the space. Happy to meet in a neutral location first if more comfortable.

About me: I'm a 35-year-old who loves a wine and a good chat. I work as a Merchandiser, mostly in the office with the odd day from home, and I read Tarot on the side. I love running, train for half marathons, and attend classes after work and at weekends. Some weekends I visit my family home or see friends in London.
