We are looking for a third flatmate to take over the tenancy for our flatmate who is moving out soon! The room itself is a spacious double with a separate cupboard located next to it in the hallway that can be used for storage or as a wardrobe (clothes hanger comes with the room). Amenities include a washer/dryer, bath, shower, oven/hob, kettle/toaster, shared kitchenware, TV, vinyl player, airfryer, bed, chest of drawers, and clothes rack. The current flatmates are Jessie (F, 24), who works in finance and enjoys reading, watching TV shows, and coloring, and has a 1-year-old black cat named Frank. Nathan works as a bartender at a comedy club, enjoys the pub, music, gigs, and football. They have lived together for around 4 and a half years and have a good flatmate relationship. As a flat, they often hang out in the living room and watch shows together or catch up after work and would love someone that would also want to socialise with them. They like the place to feel cosy and inviting so keep it clean but are not super anal about it. Rent is £466.67 per month, bills are not included but include internet, water, electric, TV license, and council tax. The electric is on a top-up meter, usually costing £15 each when it runs out, totaling £45, which usually lasts about 10 days. The minimum term is 3 months.
