A room is available in our house share as one housemate is moving out on 28 August. The location offers convenient access to the city centre, just 5-10 minutes by public transport or car. This LGBT-friendly home currently consists of three male housemates aged between 28 and 30, with a mixed occupation background. We do not smoke and have no pets. Our new housemate preferences are non-students, aged 26 to 35, with a preference for males. Couples are not accepted, but smoking is permitted. There are no references needed, and the deposit is £0.
